I brought my truck into Valley Truck Repair after my A/C compressor failed at the end of my shift while I was coming in for my reset. The timing couldn’t have been worse—it was around noon, the Fresno heat was already unbearable, and most shops I called were either too busy or closing for the weekend. That’s when I found Valley Truck Repair, and immediately felt some relief after speaking with Bret. He told me they could see me right away, and if the part was available, they’d have me back on the road in no time. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the compressor on hand and it was getting close to closing time. I managed to track one down nearby, and to my surprise, Bret personally drove me in his own vehicle to pick it up and even dropped me off at my hotel afterward. What really impressed me was that he also arranged to have one of his mechanics come in on a Saturday, despite having family commitments, just to make sure I wasn’t stuck through the weekend. That level of dedication is rare in this industry. Two days later, my A/C is still blowing cold, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I cant thank enoigh to Brad and Edgar that put me back to road quickest they can, i had drive line issue for my Hino box truck, literally i checked a few shop aroumd that they wouldnt tell me the estimate cost or howlong will take to fix it on a sarurday, however these guys they drove by my truck, checked the damage and initiated the estimate, in a few hour deliberate work. I was on my way to LA, the shop owner also kind that drove me around to do my erans with his car, thank u both Agsin

Great customer service. My husband brought his truck here and got it fix in 3 1/2 days. When call and ask for update they gave us the right time the truck would be done. They also gave us some paperwork that the government is helping out. Information like this it's very rare. Thank you for your best service.
